Summer Art Camp Fun
A summer camp that goes "beyond" the canvas.
Welcome to Our Extraordinary Summer Art Camp!
We are not your typical kids summer art camp—your children will tell you that! Our art camp is filled with engaging activities from the moment they arrive until they leave, ensuring they will be pleasantly worn out by the end of each day.
Themed Weeks
Each week at our summer art camp revolves around a specific theme. All our art classes, meals, and projects will reflect this theme, enhancing the overall experience. At the end of each week, we plan a field trip that ties into the theme. For instance, during our "Wild, Wild West" week, we’ll visit Knott's Berry Farm. Most of our field trips will take place on Fridays, with the exception of our first week when we’ll attend a Dodgers game on Wednesday.
Weekly Activities
In addition to our major field trips, we’ll visit the local pool at Saluson Park every Tuesday. We will walk there together. On Thursdays, we’ll head to Hermosa Beach, where transportation will be provided in a 15-passenger van for both beach trips and larger excursions.
Meals Provided
We’ll take care of all the meals! Kids will enjoy hot lunches along with a variety of snacks throughout the day. A menu will be sent out to all registrants. We also accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions, so please inform us during registration.
Summer Art Camp Details
Number of kids: 14 spots ONLY.
Dates: June 15 - July 31
Number of Weeks: 7 (A minimum of 2 weeks is required for participation. You can choose any 2 weeks.)
Days: Monday to Friday
Times: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Extended care is available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM for an additional fee.)
Food: Lunch and snacks provided all week.
Field Trips: Major field trips every week, plus pool visits on Tuesdays and beach trips on Thursdays. See our "Big" field trip schedule below.
Arts and Crafts: All activities are theme-based.
Games: Plenty of themed games to enjoy.
We pack a lot into each week, ensuring your child or children will be delightedly exhausted by the end of the day!
